La Bella Medical Aesthetics Cancellation Policy

At La Bella Medical Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional care and personalized attention. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to adjust your scheduled appointments. To ensure that all of our valued clients have the opportunity to receive timely services and to respect the time and commitment of our skilled professionals, we have established the following cancellation policy:

General Appointments (excluding Laser Procedures):

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 Hours: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable fee. This fee compensates for the time reserved specifically for you that could have been offered to another client.  

  • Late Arrivals: We strive to stay on schedule to best serve all of our clients. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent clients. In such cases, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.

Laser Procedure Appointments:

Due to the dedicated preparation and extended appointment times associated with laser procedures, we have a more stringent cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your laser procedure appointment.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your laser procedure appointment. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your treatment.

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling within 72 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your laser procedure appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice, your full deposit will be forfeited. Furthermore, a new deposit will be required to book any future laser procedure appointments.
